A new building for multiple tenants. What was already in place wasn’t going to work. A completely redeveloped site was needed. From strategy to structure, CD Redding Construction demolished the old building and replaced it with a mixed-use building that has a noticeable colorful blend of brick and stucco exterior finishes. New parking areas, landscaping and sidewalks completed the transformation.
