From strategy and design assistance, to building and construction, CD Redding Construction built this 14,000 sq. ft. auto dealership on a challenging site. This included significant structural design challenges to make this building a reality. Once finished, this dealership was 75% larger than required by the manufacturer. However, Capitol Subaru outgrew the building in 10 years due to their great service and products. Capitol Subaru and CD Redding recently completed a 72,000 sq. ft. replacement store on the Capitol Auto Group Campus.
