With a major focus on lighting and controls, HL Stearns hired CD Redding to perform an extensive remodel on a building dating back to the 1960s.
As the new corporate office for this lighting distributor, CDR worked with ownership to deliver not only beautiful modern office space for HLS employees but also an office-wide showroom for brands and fixtures that HLS distributes. The project modernized the inside by exposing ceiling joists and mechanical systems.
Nearly every office and room features a different light fixture, with the reception area featuring a fabric lined 16,000+ bulb LED light fixture capable of displaying thousands of combinations of colors and motion effects, including sky and floating cloud combinations to a spectacular multi-color light show.
CD Redding brought together a talented team of subcontractors, from woodworkers to electricians, to work together towards the common goal of delivering an amazing building and functional showroom to HL Stearns.
