Bringing history to life. The new owners of the restaurant space attached to the Grand Theatre wanted a restaurant that celebrated the Theatre’s history, which meant featuring an Art Deco style from the 1920’s. CD Redding Construction used their careful attention to detail to restore the space as envisioned, with ornate detailing and authentic fixtures. But the purpose of the building was never lost, as CD Redding Construction worked hard to keep the space functional for a modern restaurant, within historic building requirements, and within the creative vision of the owners and interior designer.
