A structure for work and to entertain. Zenith Vineyards & St. Innocent Winery wanted winery and banquet functions under one roof. With creative strategy and careful planning, CD Redding Construction built a large banquet room with a commercial kitchen, covered terrace and a bridal dressing room. In the same building, a wine preparation area features an open structure fermentation room and a below ground barrel room. A beautiful place to host parties and make wine.
