The West Salem Courthouse Fitness Center was ready to expand and update. Brought in early to assist with strategy, CD Redding Construction ensured that the 20,780 sq. ft. 2-story addition with a new lobby, locker rooms, offices, child care, two large studios and cardio area blended perfectly with the planned remodel of the 28,800 sq. ft. existing building. With a wood-grained patterned concrete blended with glass and stone, the exterior of the new addition welcomes members with a familiar Northwest aesthetic.
