CD Redding remodeled an existing building into a modern wine production facility. Featuring covered concrete areas, giving weather protection to winery workers and a hard surface for fruit totes as well as areas to clean equipment. Part of the scope was upgrades to the roof system plus the addition of skylights, bringing natural light into the production area. Just off the production area are three separate barrel aging rooms, all temperature controlled and equipped with ventilation systems to remove excess CO2. It was a pleasure working with the owners to utilize an existing structure allowing all wine production to be on property.
