The complete remodel of the four-story Maps Credit Union administration building focused on modernizing infrastructure and enhancing employee experience.
Major upgrades to the HVAC system including removal and installation of two new massive rooftop units, delivering improved functionality and energy efficiency.
Interior Renovations:
- Several office entrances were upgraded to a sleek modern style which showcases a full-height interior aluminum system with clear tempered glass panels, designed to create an open and inviting transition into the workspace.
- LED lighting throughout for energy savings
- New acoustic ceilings, paint, flooring, and layout modifications
- Demising wall adjustments to optimize space
- Installation of new cubicles and furniture
- Open ceiling concept above cubicle area with acoustic panels attached to structural deck above
- Elevator car interior finish upgrades
Exterior refresh included a complete soft wash of the exterior brick surfaces. Calking and repainting previously painted surfaces and a complete window cleaning.
These upgrades were designed to meet current standards, improve long-term operational efficiency, and support employee retention and productivity.
