CD Redding worked closely with the building owner during negotiations on a potential lease with a national company. Our job was to deliver an accurate construction budget for a Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) for the owner to use during negotiations.
With a landlord TIA in hand, CD Redding worked with Northwestern Mutual, the architect, and the owner to build out the Salem office. As the general contractor, we managed the construction timeline and the construction process along with ensuring that the improvements met the tenant’s standards and making sure the job was completed to the landlord’s satisfaction.
