Staying environmentally-friendly without sacrificing design. Targeted for LEED® Gold Certification, early in the strategy phase CD Redding Construction made sure that the construction recycled as many materials as possible. Salmon Run Industrial Park used 694 tons of material waste and demolition debris from landfills to create a building that makes a statement – with concrete tilt-up slabs, board framed texture on all exterior panel surfaces, tropical hardware accent panels, and extensive glass canopies.
