CD Redding Construction is proud to lead the construction of Marion County’s first Level 1 Secure Residential Treatment Facility—a pioneering mental health center located in Salem, Oregon. This is the first Level 1 facility built in the State of Oregon in nearly two decades.

Spanning nearly 12,000 square feet, this state-funded facility features two residential wings and 16 private beds, anchored by a centralized community space designed for healing and connection. The building incorporates advanced ligature-resistant hardware, anti-harm materials, and trauma-informed architecture, ensuring safety without sacrificing warmth or comfort. Designed to blend seamlessly into the local neighborhood, the center aims to reduce homelessness and enhance long-term recovery outcomes.

With this project, CD Redding continues its mission to build transformative spaces that serve Oregon’s most vulnerable communities—combining innovation, compassion, and craftsmanship in every square foot.
