This stand-alone building across from the Courthouse in the downtown core of Corvallis was the perfect spot for Monica Baez’s, State Farm Insurance Agency. Once a Greyhound bus station, the building was ready for a change. Working closely with the tenant and State Farm’s building guidelines, CD Redding transformed the space into a fresh modern workspace. The building was brought up to code and is now ADA-compliant.
